These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GovCopilot, a product of Automate Capture, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
GovCopilot is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered federal procurement analysis, proposal generation, and document export tools for government contractors. The platform is available at app.govcopilot.io.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account belongs to an organization (tenant), and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization to use GovCopilot.
Starter (Free): Includes 5 AI analyses per month, 1 user seat, and access to the Opportunity Analyzer.
Pro ($299/month): Includes 100 AI analyses per month, 2 user seats, and access to the core app suite. Additional seats are available at $99/month each. Analyses beyond the 100 monthly limit are billed at $1 per analysis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GovCopilot, including solicitation documents, proposal drafts, company information, and contract data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., sending documents to AI models for analysis, storing proposals in your account).
GovCopilot uses AI models to generate analysis, proposal sections, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and draft material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before submission in any proposal or official document.
We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, compliant with solicitation requirements, or free of errors. AI outputs should be treated as drafts requiring human review and judgment.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
GovCopilot, its design, code, features, and branding are the property of Automate Capture, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as a subscriber.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Capture, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GovCopilot, including but not limited to lost proposals, lost contracts, lost revenue, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automate Capture, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of AI-assisted content in government proposals.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
